Responsibilities:
    Directsallactivitiesoftheengineeringandinvestmentmanagementdepartmenttooptimizeprocessexecution,ensuring the correct management coordination of human, material and information technology resources

• Plans and Coordinates the execution of projects assigned to the department
• Assesses the information included in the Investments Plans.
• Administers periodic controls to identify cost deviations and estimated times for project execution
• Controls final closing of projects.
• Oversees the appropriate granting of access privileges to technology systems based on the functions and responsibilities of each job and user profile
• Complies with companypolicies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years experience preferably in fabrication industry,Oil and Gas, PipingorSteel working.
• Minimum of 40 years old.
• Experienced in leading engineering projects.
• Proficient in using SAP.
• Highly proficient in English.
• Willing to be based in Cilegon.
