Distributor Development Supervisor - Makassar

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct implementation of distributor development program according the company strategy, to achieve of targeted market share & sales volume objectives.
• Supervising the implementation of company initiatives / program related to distributors route to market
• Monitoring the distributor performance according the company strategy, and following up with corrective action neccesarry.
• Analyzing the distributors performance, create the recommendations or action plans & report it to Distributor Development Manager to get approval prior to execute it.
• Liaise with distributor’s team to achieve sales target within assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, min GPA 3.0,
• Experienced as a sales supervisor preferably sales & distribution management min. 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Excellent in leadership competency.
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Familiar with Ms. Office program
