General Manager - Padang (Sumatera Barat)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspect of Hotel Management & Building Maintenance
Responsible for managing and all operational hotels under company policy
Responsible for hospitality development plan
Responsible for the implementation of the Job Description and Standard Operational Procedure on each Department
Responsible for all marketing plans and sales strategies
Responsible for hotel operations as well as the passage of any administrative & implementation support legalizing the operation

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Min. 5 years experienced as General Manager in 3 - 4 star hotel
Applicants must be willing to work in Padang
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
