General Manager - Padang (Sumatera Barat)

Responsibilities:

•     Responsible for all aspect of Hotel Management & Building Maintenance
•     Responsible for managing and all operational hotels under company policy
•     Responsible for hospitality development plan
•     Responsible for the implementation of the Job Description and Standard Operational Procedure on each Department
•     Responsible for all marketing plans and sales strategies
•     Responsible for hotel operations as well as the passage of any administrative & implementation support legalizing the operation
  

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
•     Min. 5 years experienced as General Manager in 3 - 4 star hotel
•     Applicants must be willing to work in Padang
•     Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
•     Full-Time position(s) available.
•     Experienced in Budget and Project Management
•     Analytical and conceptual skill
•     Excellent in communication and presentation skill

•     Good written and spoken in English
