Responsibilities:

•     Support marketing managers in implementing all marketing activities
•     Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
•     The candidate should understand of the growth trends, key developments, competitive offers, service demands and needs of the vertical markets
•     Analyze data and come up with information and actionable plans to grow a business
•     Maps out new project pipelines within respective verticals and engages end-users directly to understand ond offer product solutions, targets new project sales opportunities
•     Determine the right product mix for projects tenders, MRO supplies, expansion setup, etc of the vertical markets and formulate sales plan with our distributors to serve them in an efficient and effectyive manner
•     Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
•     Work with demand planner to ensure products forecasting can support to strategic sales plan to serve the needs of the vertical markets
•     Prepare sales reporting detailing salesperformance, progress, opportunities and risks
•     Follow up all issues raised by market’s end-customer/distributor such as product enquires, marketing programs, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, payment and other related matters
•     Coordinate with internal departments to seek oppropriate resolutionto all work issues and perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Requirements:

•     Male/Female min.28 years old
•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma from Marketing & communication, journalism, English or a related field from an accredited college or University.
•     Candidate must have 5 years of experience in Sales Marketing Department, with specializing in industrial and channel management for the industrial oil&gas and mining sector
•     Can work with target and must have strong passion to achieve the target.
•     Thorough understanding of how end user requires, searches, compares, purchases, consumes and then finally disposes the goods or services you are trying to market her/him.
•     Strong related vertical market exposure – must have extensive experience in oil&gas and mining industry
•     Good personality, Good communication, Responsible and Trustworthy
•     Have a sales good track record
•     English proficiency is a must, both oral and written
•     Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills
•     Computer literacy in Ms. Office
